Westgate Computers Recycling Policy
We often receive questions regarding what to do with used computer equipment. In an effort to make use of old, usable equipment, we first suggest contacting a school, church, or other not-for-profit organization that may be able to put your equipment to good use. Also, Goodwill Industries of Amarillo is a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher and accepts computer equipment donations.
Westgate Computers provides a recovery plan for used computer equipment labeled with the Westgate Computers brand name. Equipment will be accepted at our retail location, 200 Westgate Parkway, Suite E, Amarillo, TX, during regular business hours, Monday – Saturday, 9am to 7pm. There is no charge to our customer for this service. If you are homebound, Westgate Computers will make arrangements to pick up your equipment. Customers living outside the Amarillo area should contact us to arrange pick-up of the items, or free shipping. Computers sold under the Computer Renaissance brand will also be accepted.
Customers wishing to recycle Dell laptop computers that were purchased from us should arrange to return those directly to Dell Computers.
